Product, account, and billing help

Email support@withhendrik.com for product questions, account access, billing, data connections, privacy requests, or a result that needs investigation. Include the workspace name, the page or connection involved, the approximate time and time zone, and any request reference shown in the product. This lets us investigate without asking you to repeat the full story.

Security and availability

Send suspected security issues to security@withhendrik.com. Check status.withhendrik.com for active incidents before you open a support case. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, payment-card data, customer exports, or other people’s personal information by email. We will provide a safer transfer method if sensitive evidence is needed.

Legal and privacy

The Privacy Policy contains the full notice for personal-data handling and rights. The Data Processing Agreement and Subprocessor List are also public. Hendrik uses the smallest amount of account information needed to investigate a request, and verifies authority before it acts on account or privacy instructions.
