How to read this page
This is a practical entry point to Hendrik privacy information. The current Privacy Policy is the complete legal notice. It explains the categories of data, processing purposes, retention, transfers, security measures, subprocessors, and applicable rights. The Data Processing Agreement sets processor terms for customers, and the Subprocessor List identifies service providers that can process data.
Make a privacy request
For an access, deletion, correction, or other privacy request, email support@withhendrik.com and identify the workspace or account involved. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, or customer exports in email. We verify authority and use a safer transfer method when the request needs sensitive evidence or a protected export.
Product data controls
Hendrik handles data only as needed to operate the service, support the customer relationship, meet legal obligations, and keep the system secure. A customer workspace remains a security boundary. Data availability, freshness, exclusions, and publication status determine what the product can use for a result; unavailable evidence is never silently treated as zero.
