What is an Analysis Credit?
Analysis Credits are used for on-demand investigations and deeper analysis. Reading existing work or evidence, changing settings, and running alert-only Watch checks do not use credits.
What is a Watch?
A Watch continuously monitors a commercial condition. Alert-only checks do not use Analysis Credits. If a Watch starts new analysis, that analysis uses credits.
What happens if I run out of Analysis Credits?
We never charge automatic overages. Existing Work, Data, and Context remain readable, and alert-only Watches continue. You can add 25 additional Analysis Credits for US$100 before starting more analysis.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits reset each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up stay available while your subscription remains active.
Are there extra charges for users or integrations?
No. Unlimited users and all standard integrations are included. Custom integrations are available through Enterprise where agreed.
Can I start read-only?
Yes. You can connect your data and use Hendrik for analysis, Watches, and recommendations without giving it permission to change campaigns. If you later enable execution, changes remain subject to the authority and approvals you set.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time. Your workspace stays active through the paid period; future monthly credit grants stop after it ends.
What makes Enterprise different?
The Hendrik product is the same. Enterprise adds multiple workspaces, custom capacity, SSO / SAML / SCIM, and security, procurement, integration, implementation, or SLA support where agreed.
