Meta Ads + Stripe + Salesforce review

Previous: 1–28 January. Current: 29 January–25 February. Both periods contain 28 days. Monetary values use USD and all timestamps use UTC. Reported lead volume and CRM wins describe different cohorts. Stripe adds collected payment data. Compare those stages without treating them as a joined funnel.

What Hendrik checks

  1. Review Meta Ads delivery

Inspect spend or lead delivery, conversion definition, and the operator's dated campaign changes within Meta Ads.

  2. Read Stripe collection

Stripe adds successful payments, failures, refunds, disputes, and collection timing. Check its scope before comparing it with sales records.

  3. Read Salesforce qualification

The third integration adds lead-to-qualified-sales-pipeline health. Review lifecycle stage definitions, owner assignment, and lag; it does not map a lead to a payment automatically.

  4. Check measurement changes

Record any change to CRM qualification, billing, or conversion settings before treating the directional movement as performance.

Requirements and data limits

What you need

  • Use one explicit 28-day comparison window, time zone, market, and legal-entity scope before comparing values.
  • Connected Meta Ads account with delivery and conversion reporting for the stated window.
  • Connected Stripe account with payment, refund, and dispute data for the same legal entity.
  • Connected Salesforce org with agreed lead, opportunity, and stage definitions.
  • Keep provider-specific definitions visible and use an identity or product mapping only where it is established for this workspace.

Keep these differences in mind

  • Meta attribution remains separate from store, payment, or CRM outcomes; do not sum it with another platform’s conversion value.
  • Payments must not be added to storefront or marketplace revenue; transaction reconciliation needs a proven payment relationship.
  • CRM campaign and opportunity records require an established identity relationship before attribution claims.
  • Paid-platform conversions, CRM qualification, and Stripe payments are three different measures. Do not construct a combined funnel or revenue attribution without a documented identity and timing model.
